Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for manufacturing defects only.
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and include video proof of the defect.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and include all original tags.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we cover the return shipping cost.
  • In all other cases, returns are not accepted.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges through shipping.
Each product includes a detailed size guide to help you choose the correct fit.

Special Service for Bali Residents Only

If you're unsure about sizing, you can book our Try-On At Home service (Canggu · Berawa · Seminyak).
Our courier will bring three sizes — your selected size, one size up, and one size down — so you can find your best fit.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items with signs of wear
  • Damage caused by the customer
  • Final sale items
