Welcome to GIONHE. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to PT GIO NHE THE LABEL, operating this website and online store (the “Services”).
By accessing or purchasing from our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

 

SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date account, billing and shipping information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

 

SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and visuals may appear differently depending on device settings.
All product descriptions, availability and pricing may change at any time without notice.

 

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
Your order is confirmed only once payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

Products are intended primarily for personal use. Bulk or wholesale orders may require approval.

Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

 

SECTION 4 — PRICES & BILLING

Prices may change without notice.
Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude shipping costs, taxes, duties or import charges.

You agree to provide valid and current payment information. By submitting payment, you authorize us (and Shopify as payment processor) to charge your selected payment method.

 

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Once an order is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to you.

For international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our control.

 

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services—including images, logos, text, graphics, and designs—is the property of PT GIO NHE THE LABEL or our licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

 

SECTION 7 — OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

We may provide access to tools integrated through Shopify or other providers. These tools are provided “as is” and without warranties. Use is at your own discretion and subject to third-party terms.

 

SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Third-party websites linked from our Services are not under our control.
We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

 

SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our store is powered by Shopify. Shopify provides the e-commerce infrastructure but is not a party to any sale between you and GIONHE.
You release Shopify from any claims arising from your transactions with us.

 

SECTION 10 — PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

Your personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy and in compliance with:

  • UU ITE (Electronic Transactions Law)
  • UU 27/2022 (Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law)

Because we use Shopify (a global platform), your data may be transferred internationally for processing.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

 

SECTION 11 — FEEDBACK

Any feedback, reviews or suggestions you submit may be used by us for improvement, marketing, or other purposes without compensation.
You represent that your feedback does not infringe on third-party rights.

 

SECTION 12 — ERRORS & OMISSIONS

We may correct any inaccuracies, including product descriptions or pricing, without prior notice, including after you have placed an order.

 

SECTION 13 — PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Services:

  • for unlawful purposes
  • to violate any applicable laws
  • to infringe IP rights
  • to transmit malware, spam or harmful code
  • to impersonate another person
  • to interfere with security features

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

 

SECTION 14 — CONSUMER PROTECTION (INDONESIA)

In accordance with PP 80/2019 (Perdagangan Melalui Sistem Elektronik), we provide:

  • a dedicated contact for complaints
  • response within 2 × 24 hours
  • complaint handling via email: order@gionhe.com


Refunds or replacements follow our official Refund Policy.

 

SECTION 15 — TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms.
Sections relating to IP, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law survive termination.

 

SECTION 16 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available”.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

 

SECTION 17 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted under Indonesian law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products purchased.

 

SECTION 18 — INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify PT GIO NHE THE LABEL against claims resulting from your breach of these Terms or violation of applicable laws.

 

SECTION 19 — SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.

 

SECTION 20 — GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively by:

Pengadilan Negeri Depok (Depok District Court).

 

SECTION 21 — CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time.
Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
